Placing Orders with Insider and Related Person Accounts
If you are an Insider or a Related Person of one or more companies listed on a Stock Exchange, the following notice will appear when you access your online securities trading account:
If you place an order exceeding the permitted volume for an Insider/Related Person account without an information disclosure, the FPTS system will issue a warning and stop accepting orders for your related securities symbol.
If you are an Insider/Related Person who has already completed the required information disclosure, please contact the Securities Services Division at 1900 6446, press 3, for assistance.
