- The fee already includes the trading fee paid to the Stock Exchanges (0.027% on listed stocks and fund certificates; 0.018% on covered warrants, ETFs and UPCOM-traded stocks).

- The brokerage fee on listed securities and UPCOM is calculated upon the total trading value of all transactions in the day. 

- The brokerage fee is fee from value-added tax.

- The days of fee payable are counted from the date of receipt of advance until the payable date (calendar days).

• SECURITIES TRANSFER NOT CONDUCTED VIA STOCK EXCHANGES FEE

- The fee is not included 10% value-added tax.

- The fee rates are provisional. The actual fees will be withheld from the customer’s account after FPTS completes the transfer order, based on the fee rates applied by the bank at the service, but will not exceed the provisional fee value.

- Applied to the stocks that FPTS is authorized to manage their shareholdings.

- The fee is not included value-added tax.

- The fee is not included the amount paid to VSDC.
