Changing Account Information at FPTS

To change the registered information or register services, foreign customers need to go to the FPTS Head Office, Branches or Transaction Offices to proceed with required procedures.

Customers need to bring with the following papers:

Once completed at FPTS, the information will be updated at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

In case you are an institutional customer, please contact the FPTS Customer Service Department for support.

Changing Information Online

Foreign customers can change email or telephone information via EzTrade - Online Trading Channel. The request for customer information change takes effect from the next working day.

Log in Online Trading Service - EzTrade, using the account opened at FPTS

Click on “058F…….” (top-right screen), select Account information

Click on Personal Information, then click Modify at the bottom

After you update the information, please enter the Trading Password to Confirm the change

The updated information will take effect in the following working day.

Registering Online Services

Log in Online Trading Service - EzTrade, using the account opened at FPTS

Click on “058F…….” (top-right screen), select Account information

Choose Register Services, click on the “Đăng ký(Register) to register the service(s) you want

Then, enter the Trading Password and click Confirm to proceed the request

Download the Contract/Agreement, print it, undersign it and send it the FPTS Head Office/Branch/Transaction Office

The service registration is effective when the FPTS Customer Service Officer receives your valid Contract/Agreement (filled in with all required information and signature) you sent to FPTS.

Note:

  • “EzTVDT for Investment Advisory Service” cannot be cancelled online
  • You canot register two financing forms at the same time. In case you want to change the financing form, you must cancel the existing one and register for the new one.

Registering Money Transfer to Bank Account

Log in Online Trading Service - EzTrade, using the account opened at FPTS

Click on “058F…….” (top-right screen), select Account information

Choose Register Money Transfer, click Modify to proceed the request.

* For Customers who do not use the user authentication device - Token Card

Tick EzTransfer, the system will automatically display the option “Transfer money to limited beneficiaries”. Click Add Bank to register the bank account to which money is transferred.

Enter the bank account information, click Update to send the updated information to the system. You need to enter the Trading Password to confirm the change and proceed the request

* For the customers who use the Token Card

Choose Register Money Transfer, click Modify to proceed the request.

When you tick into EzTransfer box, the system will automatically switch the option to “Money transfer to unlimited beneficiaries” (this option is available to only the customers who use the Token Card). In case you just want to transfer the money into your own bank account, you tick into the option “Money transfer to limited beneficiaries, then click Add Bank to register the bank account to which the money is transferred.

Enter the Trading Password to confirm the registration and proceed the request.

The updated information will take effect in the following working day.

Log in Online Trading Service - EzTrade, using the account opened at FPTS

Click on “058F…….” (top-right screen), select Account information

Choose Register Services, click on Modify to update your registered service(s)

Then, enter the Trading Password and click Confirm to proceed the request

The updated information will take effect in the following working day.
