- Review and finalize documents related to securities listing registration: Company’s charter; internal corporate governance regulations; records of previous capital increases; audited financial statements for the last two years; shareholder list and securities register/stock ownership certificates; securities issuance records (if any).
- Consult on drafting the listing registration documents: Creating the listing timeline; preparing the listing prospectus; determining the share price for the first trading day and other necessary legal documents.
- On behalf of the customer, submit the securities listing documents and liaise with the Stock Exchanges regarding the approval of the listing.
- Consult and support with procedures for opening securities trading accounts and securities custody for the customer’s shareholders (if any).
