The Listing Advisory Service of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FPTS) helps customer companies plan and carry out necessary and obligatory work before, during and after their stock listing to utilize listing benefits and mitigate any risks that may arise after they float their shares.
Stock listing on the Stock Exchanges gives a company a lot of benefits such as quick and convenient fundraising, branding and reputation growth, stock liquidity and increased market value.
I. Advisory solution
- Conducting legal and financial due diligence
- Financial due diligence;
- Historical share issue due diligence;
- Legal due diligence (resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, charter and shareholder structure, etc.);
- Preparing prelisting documents at HNX/HOSE
- Customer companies prepare records and documents as recommended by FPTS;
- Writing the listing prospectus and preparing other documents (shareholding commitment, listing registration application form, leadership profile, explanatory documents to related issues, etc.);
- Carrying out listing registration procedures at HNX/HSX
- Working with the Stock Exchange on behalf of customer companies until receipt of the official listing decision;
- Advising on procedures pertaining to the cut-off of the shareholder list for the listing;
- Advising on forming information disclosure process applied to listed companies;
- Advising on the official date of listing and supporting official stock listing procedures.

UPCoM Trading Registration Advisory
UPCoM Stock Trading Registration Advisory of FPTS supports customer companies seeking to register stock trading on the UPCoM market with a specific roadmap that matches their actual conditions and the market context.

Public Company Registration Advisory
Public Company Registration Advisory Service of FPTS helps customer companies complete legal procedures to become public companies and advises on rights and obligations of public companies.
Public Company Registration helps them operate in line with the Vietnam Securities Law, promote corporate brand and images to the public, and ensure their open, transparent and professional operations when they enter the financial market.
I. Advisory solution
- Conducting legal and financial due diligence
- Review all legal issues relating to conditions of public company;
- Preparing and submitting the Public Company Registration Form
- Consulting on preparing public company registration documents to be submitted to the State Securities Commission;
- Working on behalf of customer companies with the SSC until the SSC has an official notice of the public company registration;
- Completing procures and supporting customers with emerging affairs
