Withdrawing Securities Deposited

To withdraw a part or all of your securities deposited in their account at FPTS, you necessarily go to the Custody and Shareholding Management Counters at FPTS Head Office/Branches/Transaction Offices or contact your account management broker for assistance with the procedure.

Your securities balance, after being withdrawn, will be transformed from electronic management on the securities account to a written Securities Certificate.

Instructions for withdrawing deposited securities

Step 1: Go to FPTS Head Office/Branches/Transaction Offices or contact the account management broker for support with securities withdrawal procedures.

- Provide identification documents:

  • Individual customer: Citizen Identification Card/Passport (valid original)
  • Institutional customer: Business registration certificate (notarized copy), Citizen Identification Card/Passport (copy) of the legal representative, Letter of Appointment

Step 2: Complete the information on the Securities Withdrawal Request Form, Securities Withdrawal Fee Payment Slip (provided by FPTS) and receive 01 copy of each form verified by FPTS

Step 3: After the Securities Withdrawal Request Form is approved by VSDC (typically 2-3 working days), FPTS withdraws the securities from your securities account and notifies of it via registered email/EzMobileTrading application.

Step 4: FPTS sends you VSDC’s original Securities Withdrawal Confirmation Letter and you then can go to the issuing organization to complete the procedure for re-issued Securities Certificate.
