Corporate Governance Reporting Advisory

The Corporate Governance Report is a document that provides detailed information on the organizational structure and governance activities of a public company during a reporting period. In addition, a public company is obliged to publicly disclose stock transactions of insiders and related parties and its contracts/transactions with related parties in this report. The six-month and full-year Corporate Governance Report is a mandatory document to be released to its shareholders and investors and also a measure for authorities to understand the regulatory compliance of its executives.

FPTS's Corporate Governance Reporting Advisory Service helps customers fulfill regulatory obligations regarding the disclosure of the Corporate Governance Report. Customers are consulted on the reporting roadmap and supported in content development (bilingual English - Vietnamese, if necessary) to make sure that the report is published fully, accurately and on time by law.
